If you need someone outside of your party to operate Yachtsy, inform us as soon as you book, and we can arrange a driver for you. The fee is an additional $25 per hour, payable directly to the driver on the day of the rental via cash or mobile payment services like Venmo or Cash App.
No, the driver is not included in the 8-person maximum unless it is someone from your party operating the boat.
Absolutely no smoking is allowed, including cigars and hookah.
The vessel is 18 feet in length.
Yes, the boat comes with a built-in Bluetooth audio system, allowing anyone to be the DJ.
Yes, life jackets are available for all ages. Children 13 and under are required by law to wear a life jacket. All life jackets are located underneath the seats.
You're welcome to bring your own drinks. However, any overly intoxicated or antisocial behavior will lead to the trip being terminated without a refund. We reserve the right to reject guests who are under the influence before departure. Overly intoxicated guests will not receive any refund.
Customers can reschedule or cancel with a full refund if the request is received at least 48 hours prior to your cruise. Within 48 hours, rescheduling is permitted only at our discretion and based on availability. To cancel or reschedule, please reply to the confirmation email with your request. Weekday cruises cannot be rescheduled to a weekend due to pricing differences.
If the boat is returned late, the extra time will be charged. If the next scheduled group is delayed as a result, you will be charged for both the extra time and the other group's waiting time. Please be considerate. We are more than happy to book extra time if it's available—just give us a call.
All pets are welcome. However, if your pet is over 25 pounds, they are considered one of the passengers.
For your convenience, restrooms are available inside the marina building. We recommend using the restroom prior to your rental. Please be respectful of the marina facilities and staff.
Unfortunately, swimming is not allowed. WARNING: SWIMMING IN THE INNER HARBOR IS PROHIBITED.
