Before setting sail with YACHTSY, please review our waiver to understand the safety guidelines, risk acknowledgment, and terms of participation. This ensures a smooth, secure, and enjoyable experience for all guests aboard our luxury picnic boats.
By booking or boarding a boat with YACHTSY, all guests acknowledge and accept the following terms of participation.
Participation in boating and water-related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, weather-related incidents, or personal injury. By proceeding with a reservation, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
Guests agree to release, waive, and hold harmless YACHTSY LLC, its owners, operators, captains, crew members, and affiliates from any claims, actions, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to participation in yacht rentals, including injury, loss, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Guests are expected to follow all safety protocols and respect the instructions of the crew and captain. Any behavior that endangers passengers, property, or the vessel may result in early termination of the trip without refund.
Guests are welcome to bring their own food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks. However, excessive alcohol consumption, disorderly behavior, or actions that compromise safety will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the vessel or cancellation of the trip.
By participating, all guests confirm they are in good health and physically able to take part in the boating experience. Any known medical conditions that may be affected by boating must be disclosed prior to boarding.
All trips are subject to weather and water conditions. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a credit for a future trip. Final decisions will be made at the discretion of YACHTSY staff and/or the captain.
Guests grant YACHTSY permission to use any photos or videos taken during their trip for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes. If you wish to opt-out, please notify us in writing before your scheduled trip.
Guests agree to indemnify and defend YACHTSY LLC against any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from their own actions or the actions of those in their party during the charter.
