- Renter Requirements (Maryland Law): Maryland law requires boat safety education for all boat and PWC operators who were born after July 1, 1972.
- Qualified Operator: If no one in your party has had a boater safety card for more than one year, you must schedule a qualified operator through us for an additional fee.
- Alcohol Policy: We reserve the right to reject guests who are under the influence before departure. Overly intoxicated guests will not receive a refund. District of Columbia law prohibits anyone from boating while intoxicated (BWI).
- Cancellation Policy: You may reschedule or cancel with a full refund if the request is received no less than 48 hours prior to your cruise. Within 48 hours, rescheduling is permitted only at our discretion and availability. To cancel or reschedule, please reply to your confirmation email.
3. SMS Marketing Program Terms of Service
This section details the specific terms of the SMS program you may opt-in to.

- Program Description: The Yachtsy SMS Marketing Program is a recurring message program. By opting into this service, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., special offers, booking alerts, cart reminders) from Yachtsy at the mobile phone number you provided.
